Aria's babyhood is coming to a close, since a real baby will arrive in the next couple weeks...we have been nostalgic for Aria's little-ness lately.  she's so little, and not so big yet...

First things First - Aria's Birthday-December 27th

Aria smiled so big on her birthday!!  Previously, she shied away from pictures, but she was such a happy and thankful birthday girl.  3 years old!!!  What a hunny.

In the spirit of consistency, especially since we are moving soon - far from family and and friends, I hereby vow to update the family blog....at least monthy....

Never thought this would actually happen!!!  But, abolishing and actually outlawing a nap for Aria, she totally fell asleep AT the counter at dinner!!!  And there was no stopping her - I was like screaming and jumping and clapping "Aria - stay awake, eat your pizza, want some candy?" And nothing!!!

At Thanksgiving, Ellie and Aria got their own real wine glasses and sat at the the head of the big table with the grown ups. 

Aria is so proud of her big sis, Ellie was the angel in her Christmas show.

Whenever someone says that Ellie looks like me, I think to myself that if they met these boys who are Dion's sisters sons, Ellies beloved cousins, they would never say that again.  Ellie looks like a Garrett, she IS a Garrett, through and through. Personality and all. Man, I love her. We had a great time up north with the Garrett clan last weekend.  We did almost nothing, so that is a successful vacation, eh? Beautiful weather, amazing scenery, good company....it was nice. :)

Ellie, Aria and Dion had fun in the butterfly house, Joc was too scared to go in....We all spent alot of our time outside in the grass in front of Mission Point....
